TERMS of SERVICE
Baseline Information>>This Artist will not work with anyone under the age of 18+.<<By requesting a commission, the commissioner acknowledges, understands, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The artist has the right to refuse a commission regardless of the reason.
Commssioners who do not respect these terms will be blacklisted.It is important to note that all prices are set in Canadian currency (CAD). It's the commissioners responsibility who reside outside of Canada to do the conversions so that there is no confusion.This is a business arrangement, please treat it as such. It is important to note that the commissioner must be communicative during this process. Failure to communicate between WIP confirmations will terminate the commission without a refund. The artist is very busy and will require the commissioners full attention.
How to Start the Process1. Fill out the Form. The form will ask for contact info, type of commission, and references. The commissioner may also discuss commission info with the artist directly.2. Once the form is complete, the artist will provide a price. prices are non-negotiable. if the price isn't to the commissioners liking, the artist may provide the commissioner with other artists to their price range.3. An invoice will be sent to the commissioners email. Commissioners can pay the invoice through email. Kofi is another option provided for payment.4. After payment, the commission will be placed in queue.

Commission processThe artist will notify the commissioner when the commission has started. A sketch will be presented and will need confirmation before continuing. During the sketch stage, the Commissioner may change as many things as they want.The artist will line and color then present the image again for confirmation before continuing. The commissioner may make at least 3 changes during this stage. If the commissioner asks for more changes, the price for each change will be $50+ no matter how big or small the changes are.Communication during the commission is extremely important. It can be frustrating for the artist to work on the commission with the information they were given only to be told to change and add things that were not brought up in the beginning. Please be mindful and give as much info as you can.The finished work will be presented in Discord or Telegram.
Artist & Commissioner UseThe artist has the right to post any artwork publicly or used in a portfolio. If the commissioner wishes to privatize the commission, please communicate this right away as there will be a fee included.The commissioner has the right to post the art anywhere as long as credit is provided. Commissioners may NOT remove the watermark or sell the art for commercial usage.The commissioner may not use it to sell as an NFT or any AI usage.Commissioner may not post WIPS online. The artist will post cropped WIPs online to show their progress of work.
Refund PolicyOnce the payment has been made, commissioners can't make up their mind last minute so be prepared beforehand.Full refunds are given during the sketch process if unhappy with the result. The artist will gladly give the refund if they cannot do what the commissioner asks for.Refunds are not an option once the art has reached the color stage or fully completed.When a refund is given, uncompleted work is kept with the artist.
Important to NoteCommunication is very important. Always keep in contact with the artist when provided WIPs. This will get the work done much faster.The more information about the commission, the better.References must be flat and provide adequate detail. Shaded refs are accepted, but must need a color palette included.The turn around time is 1-3 months. If the artist exceeds past the 3 month mark, the commissioner is entitled for a full refund.During the commission process, keep communication with the artist to a minimum and only about the commission.

For commissioners who wish to NOT publicize their commission on any social media platform.
These are BASE prices. Prices vary over complexity of character/illustration.Payment plans are an available option when purchasing a commission over 100$ CAD.
Payments are made over the course of the commission.
25% of the price must be paid before the commission process has begun.All payments must be complete in order for the final image to be released.Payment must be paid in full 3 weeks after the start of the commission. The commission will be automatically canceled if not fully paid after 3 weeks and no refund will be given.
